Alphonsus Cross - VP, e-Solutions

is an IT professional who has been with BSS since 1996. He has more than 15 years experience in the technology industry. For the majority of his time with BSS, Mr. Cross has managed large projects for clients in the insurance industry. He is now Vice President of the BSS e-Solutions practice. Prior to joining BSS, Mr. Cross worked for several software organizations in a variety of technical roles.

Justin Serfling - Director, IT

is an IT professional with 20 years of industry experience. He has been with BSS since 1998, managing a variety of projects for insurance and utility companies. Prior to joining BSS, Mr. Serfling worked as a Project Manager for two of the world's largest consulting organizations, successfully delivering large scale IT projects.

joined BSS in December 2007 with over 16 years of experience in IT Field. He has extensive experience in managing delivery for clients across the globe specifically in Financial Services domain. Prior to joining BSS he has worked for several organizations specializing in Global Delivery Model.
